If you are not entirely satisfied with your sunglasses or glasses for whatever reason, we operate a 30-day full money back guarantee, even for unwanted goods. Please not that this does not include prescription sunglasses or glasses.*
Return your product(s) for exchange or refund, no questions asked, as long as the product is unworn and in its original case and box. Terms for exchanges or returns listed in the options below.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you must contact us by e-mail within 15 days of receipt at email@example.com to confirm you wish to cancel your purchase. You then have another 15 days to return the item(s) to us in their original condition. To return an item, products must be in the same condition we sent them to you.
Products must be unworn and in their original case and box. Note: where shipping times are longer than 15 days, we will accept a copy of the return receipt provided by the courier. Prescription sunglasses and frames fitted with a prescription are customised for you, you cannot return prescription orders. Products supplied in a cellophane wrapper (such as contact lenses) can only be returned for refund or exchange if the cellophane wrapper remains intact and in resalable condition.

UK exchanges are free at EyeWearThese. You must use a free returns postage label and returns form supplied by EyeWearThese to qualify for free exchanges.
Maltese and UK returns are free at EyeWearThese. Included in your order is a free returns label, if you have lost or cannot find this, simply call us on +356 20106110 (9.00am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we can arrange to have one emailed to you. We will not refund return costs where the customer has used alternative methods to return an item unless previously agreed by us in an email.

Once a return is received, a refund will be processed within 7 days of the item being received, typically 48 hours.
Once an item(s) has been dispatched from our warehouse we cannot alter, amend or divert the shipment until it has either been delivered, whereupon you have up to 30 days to return for exchange or refund as per the terms above, or, the item(s) has been returned-to-sender and is in our possession.
