You will need a prescription that is no older than 2 years, anything older and we strongly recommend that you update your prescription before ordering as your prescription may have changed significantly during this period.

If you do not have a copy of your prescription you can request one from your opticians, they are legally obliged to provide you with this information with no charge. Ask for your pupillary distance (P.D.) to be written on the prescription also as you will need this measurement to complete an order online and this is not always written on a prescription. If you do not have this, simply use the average (for men this is 63, for women, this is 60) or use our guide located at the footer of this page, under 'Useful Links' it's called Pupillary Distance.

  • Step 1. Browse our vast array of designer frames to find the pair that you want. To help, you can use our home trial service if you wish to try-on frames before commiting to the glazing stage.
  • Step 2. Click the ‘Buy with prescription lenses’ button. Here you choose the option that best suits your prescription needs, if you simply require a prescription lens for distance or reading purposes and do not want coatings or tints, click the 'Simple Journey' and follow step 3 below. Alternatively, click the 'Build my Own' button and follow step 4 below.
  • Step 3. Simple Journey. 
  • First choose if you require lenses for distance (such as driving your car) or lenses for reading (such as reading a menu or newspaper). 
  • Next, if you have a strong prescription, click on the yes button, if your prescription is not particularly strong, click no. Please don't worry, if you choose no and your prescription is out of the acceptable parameters, we will contact you by email before commencing with your order.
  • The next step is how you provide us with your prescription details. You can either email us a picture or copy your prescription into our online form. If you are unsure, simply send us an email and we will contact you with alternative methods to send your prescription.
  • Next, confirm your order and we can strart to process your new glasses.  
  • Step 4. Our 'Build my Own' section is recommended for people who require a sunglass tint, coating or specific lens thickness. The steps are really straight forward with explamations to aid you, however, if you attempt to build your own and get stuck, simply email us and we can assist over the telephone.

  • Step 1. Select a contact lens manufacturer, brand or contact lens type.
  • Step 2. Enter your prescription information including the sphere power, base curve, diameter and enter the quantity of lenses you require. You can find your prescription details on your contact lens box or refer to your prescription.
  • Step 3. Add to cart and process your payment.

That’s it, we will process your order and dispatch using a traceable service. An email will be sent to you with your tracking details.

  • Step 2. Click the ‘add to basket and add prescription’ button and then choose ‘fashion’ lenses. NOTE: If you choose frame only you will be supplied with the dummy lenses that the glasses are supplied in, dummy lenses are not suitable for daily use.
  • Step 3. Section called ‘Choose your Lenses’. Here you choose premium or premium plus lenses, each have different coatings as standard and vary in price and quality.
  • Step 4. Add to cart and process your payment.

Yes, we have a team of qualified opticians who will carefully review your order. We glaze the products in-house and do not pass this to a 3rd party so we have total control over the quality we produce. If we believe your order doesn’t look right for any reason we would contact you to discuss your options, this includes cosmetic concerns such as the thickness of a finished lens looking unsightly in a frame.

Yes, when ordering simply choose the option ‘frame only’ and you can skip the prescription element to your order.

Yes of course, simply select ‘fashion’ lenses and we will supply you with a beautifully glazed frame that have no optical power in them.

All you need is a copy of your prescription, be over the age of 18 years and have a valid credit card or paypal account. You can always contact us if you are worried about entering your prescription details and we will call you back to help talk you through this process.
